Double Room (4,40 x 2,80 m) Equipped with:

  • Two single bed with slatted bases, orthopedic polyurethane + memory mattresses and standard cushions.
    On request it is possible to join the two beds creating a double bed.

  • Desk and chair
  • Ceiling fan with remote control and programmable timer for auto power off

Kitchen (3,95 x 2,60 m) Equipped with:

  • Equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, fridge, sink
  • Microwave oven
  • Extendable table with 4 chairs (+ 2 folding)
  • Dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and crockery.
  • Placemats and kitchen accessories
  • Balcony with clothesline.

Perfect for Kids:

The apartment is designed to allow families with children to relax without worrying about possible dangers.
Both balconies are equipped with safety fall protection nets and, on request, we can supply plugs cover for electric socket.
Always on request we can provide a travel cot with mattress 80×120 cm, suitable for children up to 2 years.

StrUCTURE

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 7-storey building. It is equipped with a security door and an elevator. It is not suitable for users with limited mobility as there are some steps before the lift.

Location:
The apartment is strategically located between the sea, the first beaches are just 400 meters, the historic center, full of  restaurants, pubs and attractions, and just a few blocks away from all the services you may need.
In the area you can find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, ATMs, bars, restaurants, fast food, phone shops and much more.  You can easily spend the whole holiday without having to use the car. We can provide you information to book a reserved parking space just one block from the apartment.

important INFORMATION:

  • Pets are not allowed even if small
  • It is not possible to have any B&B service (bed and breakfast) as it is a temporary rental for tourist use
  • It is not allowed to sublet or to host other people other than those who have been granted the housing unit.

With spacious rooms, it can easily accommodate families and large groups, up to 8 people.
